How do I access Paksign?
You can access paksign at beta.paksign.pk where you can upload documents, sign them or send to others to sign.
Are electronic signatures legally binding?
Yes, Electronic signatures are legally binding and hold as much importance as a signature done by hand. Paksign is also compliant with the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002 in Pakistan.
Is my information and data secured with Paksign?
Your information is secured on the Paksign platform through SSL encryption and secure server infrastructure hosted at a state-of-the-art Tier III, SSAE-16 and ISO 27001 certified data center.
How can I best use Paksign in my company?
Paksign is designed with every aspect of use, thus it is compatible with startups, enterprises or even individual use. To make sure you make the most of Paksign, watch our tutorial here.

I forgot my username or password
When entering your email id and password, click on "I forgot my Password" and follow the steps detailed. To ensure security and safety, we require email and/or text verification.
Can I add different styles of electronic signature to my user account?
Yes, you can either choose from a variety of pre-prepared signatures or add your own. Note that while signing your documents you will have the option to choose your preffered signature from your list.
How do I upload a document on Paksign?
Simply click on the upload button on the dashboard and choose your document. It will autmoatically be added to your dashboard. Note that in the free trial you can only upload PDF format.
I want to terminate my registration.
To terminate your registration simply click on "Account", scroll down and click on "Delete my Account"

I am having issues with payment
The payment page requires you to enter exactly the same credentials as on your credit/ debit card. In addition, please make sure that you have enabled online banking through your bank.
I want to change my registered email address
To chame your email address, go to "Accounts", click on email and add or remove an existing email.
How do I pay?
Paksign accepts payment by card and has no specific requirement of credit or debit card. Once you click on "pay" you will be directed to a new and secured webpage where you will have to enter your payment credentials.
